Every coffee-growing region has different conditions, including soil, climate, and altitude. These factors directly influence the taste of the coffee. The origin of coffee beans plays a crucial role in their flavour profile. Here are some popular coffee-growing regions:

- Colombia: Colombian beans are well-balanced with mild acidity and nutty undertones.

The grind size refers to how finely or coarsely your coffee beans are crushed. If you are very new to coffee, consider buying pre-ground coffee, the roaster will grind it according to your brewing device, so there’s no need to invest in a grinder initially. If you already have a grinder, you probably know more about it than I do. Just experiment with the grind size to make delicious coffee.

Before committing to a large purchase or spending money on fancy coffee beans, read reviews from other coffee enthusiasts. Many coffee-selling companies offer sample packs or smaller bags, allowing you to try different beans before making a decision. It’s better to try samples first because, as I mentioned earlier, there is an infinite variety of flavours that can be achieved in coffee. Around the globe, there are numerous coffee varieties, and there are also unknown coffee beans out there. In a small human lifespan, it’s impossible to taste all the beans available. What we are currently tasting are the beans that are accessible to us, and we are enjoying only a few due to availability, cost, and other factors. So, if we are tasting and enjoying coffee, please understand that there are many other coffee varieties we should try.
